A letter to hitler
This is a letter to Adolf Hitler from Mahatma Gandhi. In it, Gandhi calls Hitler a 'friend'. He justifies this by saying, "That I address you as a friend is no formality. I own no foes.".
Gandhi knows how much of an influential person Hitler is. He knows what kind of effect Hitler will have on history. He calls Hitler the man who can prevent a war that will cause all of humanity to turn into savages. At the close of his letter, he asks humbly for Hitler's forgiveness if he had erred in writing him.

Hitler wants the world
"Germany shall never be encircled." The artist who drew this cartoon clearly thinks that Hitler's plan is to take over the world, or at least try to. The artist's name is Ernest Howard Shepard and he drew it in April, 1939. The artist probably thinks that Hitler will have a huge impact on history if he is not stopped soon.
Mien Kampf
Hitler's famous book entitled "Mein Kampf" was written in 1926, this was Hitler's autobiography. He wrote it while he was in prison after the Beer Hall Putsch. It consists of 720 pages and has two volumes. Hitler knew that this book was going to be very influential to his followers and his cause. "My Struggle" was originally entitled "Viereinhalb Jahre des Kampfes gegen Lüge, Dummheit und Feigheit" , (Four and a Half Years of Struggle Against Lies, Stupidity and Cowardice). Hitler definitely knew that this was going to be a influential book. Even today it remains the base of Nazistic ideologies.
